II.-RECORD OF SITUATIONS

Educational coaching aims to promote growth and learning based on experiential methodologies, which seek to reach solutions between students and teachers through self-reflections that promote cognitive and emotional changes in the person.

It will allow the teacher to know the current situation of the student and establish actions to improve those areas that most require it.

Situation:

Walter is an electrical mechanical engineer, and all of his friends that he works with think that he has a perfect life:

• he has family and friends who love and support him.

• A wonderful couple who plan to go on a trip to Tingo María (Huánuco)

• He is a Hidrandina manager with more than 20 years of experience in management positions within top-level companies in Peru and the Dominican Republic in the electrical and agro-industrial sector. He has a lot of experience in personnel management, both at the executive and technical level, proactive and with good relationships inside and outside the company.

In fact, many people around him have told him that they envy her and that they would like to be in her place... But even so, he feels that something is missing in order to feel better.

The problem is that he is not able to train constantly, for the reason that he is very busy with his work and, above all, he is very stressed.

After doing a couple of Google searches and reading several articles, he ends up finding an exercise called “the wheel of life”, which he thinks may be useful for him.





LEARNED LESSONS

¿What was achieved?

Identify that engineer Walter, despite having everything, from his profession he could not feel satisfied because he felt that something was missing meaning in his life.

I can't identify what is failing or what is missing in your life to feel completely happy.




¿How canwe improve?

Doing yoga activities, doing sports, singing classes or some musical instrument, make a list of your strengths and weaknesses that allow you to identify the differences between your strengths and what you want to achieve your professional and personal goals, this It will allow you to see the reality that surrounds you and change the negative attitude you have towards life and thus take the initiative to curb your negative thoughts.
